Barre Bootcamp

Beauty of barre meets high energy fitness using weights, props and intense cardio. Low impact strengthening. Total body. Challenging for all levels.


BARRE CORE

Ballet-inspired. Core focused strengthening. Active. Cardio-intense. Isometric. Finishes with deep, mindful stretch. Intermediate / Advanced. 

BARRE STRETCH

Ballet-inspired. Active. Strengthening. Dynamic. Full-range body movements with isolated, targeted training.  Finishes with deep, mindful stretch. All levels. 

DANCE BARRE FUSION

Energetic. Aerobic. Dance fitness mixing salsa, jazz, ballet and more with the sculpting and toning of ballet-inspired barre. All levels. Low Impact. 

YOGA BARRE FUSION

Ballet-inspired yoga flow. Unique fusion. Strengthen. Stretch. Full-range body movements to music. All levels.
