About the Instructor:
Rachel is passionate about nutrition. With over 20 years of experience, Rachel has a master's degree in nutrition, is a registered dietician and is a verified diabetes instructor. Rachel is also passionate about yoga, and can be found in many of our daily classes. She is also the proud mother of three beautiful children.
