For anyone that is curious about yoga or those looking to refine their practice, this workshop series is a must! If you have been practicing for a bit, but still aren't sure if you are doing the postures correctly, this workshop will be the perfect way to gain a greater understanding. 

Join Jenny Dayton for a 45 minute foundations workshop Saturdays in January @ 10:15am.  Learn the fundamental yoga poses, breathing, alignment, class structure, and mix it in with some one-on-one adjusting, and open discussion.

Beginners are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop. All that is required for this workshop is a willingness to show up and learn!
