Yoga for Stress Relief - Donation Series

Surrender your hold on stress, anxiety and discomfort in the body. Join Brynn Cunningham, RYT 200 for a truly relaxing yoga flow - practice postures, breath work and meditation techniques that can transform your body, mind and spirit.  

This class is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. The class is warm, not hot, to help loosen the muscles and ease the joints through the practice.  

This is a donation-based class: pay only what moves you! This class will benefit the A.G. Montessori School in Uniontown. The A.G. Montessori classrooms are designed to encourage the learning process of each child. It is a place of discovery. It is a place for children who are students of life just as much as they are students of math and language. A.G. Montessori also offers field trips, Spanish, and private piano lessons - it is also the home to Brynn's beloved Avie!
