Foot Yoga

In this focused yoga session, Brynn Cunningham, RYT 200 guides you through specific yoga poses and exercises to strengthen, stretch and soothe the feet - perfect for yogis, athletes and non-yogis alike!

All parts of the foot, including toes, arches, heels and even the ankles will be addressed. Ideal for those with foot and ankle pain, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, metatarsilitis and generally tired achy feet.

In addtion, our Massage Therapist, Leann Beatty, LMT will be in attendance to discuss the benefits of reflexology, and its ability to perfectly compliment your yoga practice!

Cost: $10 drop-in / Class passes apply! As always, $5 drop-in for students with ID
