Ayurveda Asana and Pranayama for Vata Workshop

Join Laura Scoville, RYT 200 and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist for this unique workshop designed to minimize stress while connecting you to the changing season. Late fall and winter are known as “Vata season” because they are marked by some of the same qualities that characterize Vata: cold, dry, light, clear, and moving.

Learn about the Vata dosha and enjoy a restful, grounding mixed vinyasa and restorative practice to make you feel connected and centered. We will also use essential oils that will help stabilize Vata while encourageing deep relaxation and meditation. 

Laura will be joined by Tara Morris, RYT 200 and respiratory therapist, who will assist with personalized breathing exercises designed for optimal respitory health and overall wellness.
