Enjoy a silent night this holiday season! Join Brynn Cunningham, RYT 200 for a class designed to help ease stress, and encourage a peaceful slumber. Gentle yoga postures combine with deep breathing and mindful meditations to help you let go and enjoy the upcoming holiday!

This (60) minute class is designed for every one - even those without any yoga experience!
