This (75) minute class, hosted by Jill Hagar, will intoduce you to the fundamentals of yoga - learn what it is and how it can help you feel better! This class is perfect for beginners and older bodies - it will offer an easy beginning to a peaceful experience of acquiring strength and flexibility.

Class hosted by Jill Hagar, certified Iyengar Instructor. Jill, a Uniontown native, is the Director of “YOGA on the BAY” on the majestic island of St Lucia in the Caribbean. She regularly conducts classes, workshops, and retreats in the art, philosophy and science of Yoga so that those interested gain a knowledge of the proper form and alignment of the
asanas as well as the ancient teachings of its philosophy and the Yoga Sutras. Jill also studies the art and form of yoga regularly, required as a teacher of the Iyengar system to continue to study with qualified and experienced teachers worldwide and to return to the Iyengar Institute of Pune, India
periodically to broaden my knowledge of a centuries old art, science, and philosophy so that I may pass on to others a healthier, more peaceful way of life.
