Yoga & Self Massage for Hips

Give your hips some love! 

This two-hour yoga for the hips workshop will be sequenced in four parts: first, we will open with a flow of vinyasa to warm up, strengthen and increase mobility in the hips; second, each student will be provided with a foam roller and guided through self-massage exercises to release tension deep in the muscles and connective tissue; third, we will dive into longer-held, passive yin-style poses to open the front, back and sides of the hips; last, class will conclude with a relaxing restorative practice designed to let the hips find complete relaxation with the use of props such as blocks, bolsters and blankets. 

Cost: $45 per person / $35 per student
