Candlelight Flow

Join LPS for a glowing, candle-lit practice. This slow, breath-infused sequence emphasizes the mind-body connection, helping students find balance and clarity while focusing on calming poses to transition the body to relaxation in preparation for a deep and healing night’s sleep. The practice will conclude with a mindful meditation and aromatherapy annointing. 

The class is appropriate for students of all ages – beginners, as well as more experienced students seeking a slower, mindful practice that will leave them relaxed and ready for the week ahead.
