Summer Solstice Sun Salutations & Cool Down

Join RYT-200 Tara Morris for a 90-minute all-levels class honoring the Summer Solstice. Warm up with a variety of sun salutations and cool off with seasonally inspired postures and breath work (pranayama) to bring down the heat during what Ayurveda defines as “pitta” season. Meditation included.
