Join guest instructor Parthena Rodriguez, RYT-200, for an all-levels Ashtanga Yoga practice that will incorporate appropriate modifications for every BODY and level of practitioner.

Parthena is a longtime yoga practitioner and, for more than 14 years, has had the grace to study with the best Ashtanga yoga teachers in the U.S. and abroad. She has also had the grace to attend sessions with Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois and family.
