Yoga Foundations Workshop & 5 Week Series

Find Your Flow! For the true beginner and the advanced practitioner alike, build strength, connect breath with movement and learn personalized modifications. Fine tune the basic postures and transitions of Vinyasa Flow: mountain pose, forward fold, halfway lift, plank pose, high to low push up (chaturanga), cobra, upward facing dog, downward facing dog, child’s pose, basic standing poses (warrior I, warrior II, crescent lunge and standing balance poses), twists and floor poses.

This workshop and series will help you understand basic cues, muscular engagements and alignment. We’ll focus on how to connect shoulders, core, hips and extremities in order to practice safely and make adjustments according to your present physical state. It will be interactive, informative and fulfilling for all levels. You'll leave this series feeling luminous, powerful and spirited!

Cost: $12. Drop-in (Class passes apply) or $50. for 5 Week Series
