Summer Solstice Flow & Yin

Join Tara Morris, RYT-200, for an all-levels slow flow and yin class honoring the Summer Solstice!

Warm up with a slow flow to pay tribute to the sun and cool off with yin postures and cooling breath work to balance the warming element of the season. Yin postures facilitate a deep release of the physical body and mind to ground restless energy. Begin and end class with an intention and meditation honoring the change of the season.
